There's no such thing as a stupid question. We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions to help put your mind at ease.

Made to measure kilt outfits

Q. Do I need an appointment for kilt services?
A. Yes, you do. Sometimes people can be out of office for whatever reason. It's always best to book an appointment to make sure the relevant person is there on the day.
Q. How long will it take for my kilt to be made?
A. This will depend on a number of factors, but we generally aim to have your kilt completed in 8-10 weeks, but at peak times it can be up to 12.
Q. Can I have any tartan?
A. There are thousands of tartans available, but not all can be used by the public. We will advise you if your selected tartan can be used or not.
Q. How much will my full outfit cost?
A. We always say to set aside about £1500. All the little things can tally up, but generally you won't spend more than this amount for a full outfit.

Kilt Hire

Q. When do I need to return my kilt?
A. Ideally, a couple of days after the wedding. We understand that it might be a bit tough to get to us the day after!
Q. Why do I need to try my kilt on a few days before the wedding?
A. Should there be any problems with your outfit, e.g. you need a bigger pair of shoes, or a smaller shirt, this gives us some time to fix the problem!
Q. Can I take my kilt abroad?
A. You can! There will be a small charge added for this service to cover insurance and length of time required.
Q. I need a kilt last minute! Can you still help me?
A. We always like to help out when someone is in a jam. Give us a call, and we'll see if we have the availability to outfit you at short notice.

Online Shopping

Q. This item is showing as unavailable. When will it be back in stock?
A. We receive deliveries from our lovely suppliers daily. If something shows out of stock, get in touch and we'll see when it will be back for you.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. We do indeed. We ship worldwide via both Royal Mail and UPS.
Q. I need this yesterday! How quickly can you get it to me?
A. We offer plenty of shipping options. If you need something in a hurry, we can get things to you as fast as the next day if need be. As long as you place your order before 1pm.
Q. How fast is standard shipping?
A. Our standard shipping option is a 48 hour service so should be with you within 2-3 days.
Q. Can I place bulk orders?
A. Yes, if you need to order a large amount of a specific item, please get in touch with us and we will be able to arrange this for you.
